stayed for 6 nights in a Deluxe Guest room with 2 Twin Beds and an amazing city view. the room had air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen tv. really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sauna. the breakfast was decent, but restaurants could offer more variety. staff could improve on service, though.

i had a great stay at sheraton! the location is perfect, really close to the city center and has a shopping mall connected directly. the breakfast was excellent, and i particularly appreciated the helpful service from mr tuegen at the front desk. also, the health club with its outdoor pool was a nice touch!

The personalized service exceeded my expectations! The room was beautifully designed, especially the modular chair with intricate stitching which added character. during my two-night stay, I was thrilled to find that it was only a few steps from Bishkek Park, which was perfect for leisurely walks and enjoying the local scenery while central attractions like the State History Museum were just around the corner, making it super easy to visit landmarks without any hassle.
